ABOUT
OUR STORY
1511 Outfitters is more than just a clothing brand—it's a movement that fuses urban streetwear with powerful storytelling. Founded by Aaron Christopher Valentino Jones, also known as King Tino, 1511 Outfitters draws inspiration from a place close to his heart: his childhood home at 1511 21st Street North in Columbus, MS. This address isn't just a number; it symbolizes the roots, memories, and family bonds that shaped Tino's life and vision.
Our brand is built on the principles of creativity, inclusivity, and hustle. Every piece we create, from graphic tees to hoodies, sweatshirts, and track suits, tells a unique story through its design, inspired by Tino's journey and the culture that surrounds us. We believe that fashion is more than just clothing—it's a form of self-expression, a way to communicate who you are and what you stand for.
At 1511 Outfitters, all of our merchandise is unisex, reflecting our commitment to breaking down traditional barriers and embracing diversity. Our seasonal collections, including 1984, Blueprint, Caroline, Relentless, Loner, Panoramic Views, and The Blueprint Division, each carry their own narrative, crafted through Tino's creative lens. We also proudly showcase upcoming clothing lines from our sister business, The Dream Create Hustle Brand. "Dream. Create. Hustle." isn't just a slogan—it's a way of life, empowering young visionaries to turn their dreams into reality.
With a deep connection to his roots and a relentless drive for innovation, Tino has built 1511 Outfitters into a brand that resonates with those who value style, substance, and storytelling. Join us on this journey, where every thread, graphic, and design is infused with the spirit of hustle, creativity, and cultural expression. 1511 Outfitters is more than a brand—it's a testament to the power of dreams, dedication, and the stories that shape us.
OUR FOUNDER
Aaron Christopher Valentino Jones, known to many as King Tino, is the visionary founder behind 1511 Outfitters. Born and raised with a passion for fashion and entrepreneurship, Tino’s journey began at an early age in the heart of Ridgeland, Mississippi. Growing up at 1511 21st Street North, the address not only became the foundation of his life but also the inspiration for what would later become his flagship brand.
Tino’s journey into fashion was sparked during his time as a manager at Journey’s Adult Store & Journey’s Kidz. It was here that he learned the art of blending business acumen with personal style. Every day, Tino was required to wear shoes sold in-store as part of the uniform, which ignited his creativity. He quickly became known for matching his shoes with graphic tees, creating outfits that were not only on-trend but also deeply personal. This daily practice set the tone for what would become the essence of 1511 Outfitters—a brand where every piece of clothing tells a story.
With a natural talent for design and a relentless drive, Tino transitioned from employee to entrepreneur. He understood that fashion was more than just clothing; it was a form of self-expression, a way to communicate identity and values. Driven by the memories of his upbringing and the lessons learned in retail, he created 1511 Outfitters as a tribute to his roots and a platform to inspire others.
King Tino’s entrepreneurial spirit is woven into the fabric of 1511 Outfitters. His dedication to quality, his eye for detail, and his commitment to inclusivity are evident in every collection. Tino believes that fashion should be accessible, meaningful, and reflective of the times we live in. His goal is to empower customers through clothing that not only looks good but also carries a deeper message.
Under Tino’s leadership, 1511 Outfitters has grown into a brand that resonates with those who value style, substance, and storytelling. He continues to push boundaries, innovate, and inspire, all while staying true to the legacy that started at 1511 21st Street North. With Tino at the helm, 1511 Outfitters is more than a brand—it’s a movement that celebrates the journey, the hustle, and the story behind every thread.
